Sypherware: Windows Blinds

Heres a program which changes the standard unimaginative windows xp desktop GUI to something more interesting. As well as the default skins theres a huge collection of great skins at http://www.wincustomize.com/ which once downloaded will be automatically uploaded into the windowsblinds database or should be anyway.
